Job Description:

Our client is currently seeking a Plant Controller for their manufacturing facility near the Modesto, CA area.This job will have the following responsibilities:Present and analyze data to identify actual vs. planned plant manufacturing resultsFollow and enforce all established safety, health, quality GMP and Company policies, procedures and recognized practices.Monitor plant compliance of internal financial/operational controls including SOX related requirementsDevelop annual budget with plant leadershipIdentify financial risks and opportunities with plant leadership teamReconcile and coordinate weekly and monthly physical inventory counts in accordance with policy.Monitor and maintain plant capital projectsAct as a stakeholder and support initiatives and other plant functions such as safety and qualityExcellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.Ability to work independently with minimal ovesight.Qualifications & Requirements:Finance, accounting, or related degree from an accredited college or university5+ years' progressive accounting/finance experience2+ years' experience as a plant controllerStrong experience with annual budgets, physical inventory, SAP and Advanced MS excelStrong manufacturing experience requiredExperience working with a growing company a plus!**All qualified candidates are encourage to email current resumes to jhoms judge.com**UI 692656
