owned by everyone.We're looking for a Senior People Operations
Analyst to help drive operational excellence and strategic
decision-making across our People team. In this role, you will own
complex data analysis, optimize key HR systems and processes, and
partner cross-functionally to scale people programs. You'll play a
critical role in translating data into action, shaping the employee
lifecycle, and enabling a seamless and data-informed employee
experience.Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain advanced dashboards and reporting
frameworks to track key HR metrics (e.g., headcount, attrition,
engagement, compensation trends).
- Lead data analysis for strategic people initiatives and
executive decision-making.
- Own and enhance core People processes and systems, including
HRIS, onboarding/offboarding, compliance, and policy
implementation.
- Identify opportunities to streamline operations and implement
scalable solutions that improve the employee experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance,
Legal, IT, and Payroll to ensure seamless data integration and
alignment.
- Manage regular audits of people data for accuracy, compliance,
and data hygiene.
- Support compensation cycle operations, performance review
cycles, and benefits administration with high precision.
- Document and continuously improve workflows and operational
standards.
- Act as a strategic advisor on data best practices and
tooling.About you:
- 7+ years of experience in People Operations, HR & Data
Analytics, or a related field.
- Deep expertise in HR systems (e.g., Ashby, HiBob, Gusto) and
reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Notion).
- Proven ability to manage complex datasets and deliver
actionable insights to business leaders.
- Strong understanding of employment law, HR compliance, and data
privacy regulations.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder
engagement skills.
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced,
high-growth environment.
- You are either based in Munich or San Francisco (or willing to
relocate).
- You are comfortable with being in the office 5 times a week.Pay
transparency statement (for CA and NY based roles):The reasonably
estimated salary for this role at TFH ranges from$155,000 -
$190,000, plus a competitive long term incentive package. Actual
compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills,
