Job Description:

Individual must have prior experience in the Administrative field. To be successful in this position one must be organized, able to work multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Must provide salary requirements in cover letter for consideration.Requirements:- Must have experience in the accounting/tax/finance industry- Must have knowledge of tax forms and financial statements- Professional phone etiquette- Experience keeping calendar for multiple partners- Experience opening companies with IRS- Experience with business licensing at state and local levelsSkills needed to perform job:- Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines- Ability to communicate ideas well; verbally and in writing- Ability to correspond with state and local agency throughout US- Knowledge of QuickBooks preferredBenefits:- Company paid health insurance- Paid holidays- Paid vacation- Retirement plan
