Job Description:
San Francisco, United States - Hybrid/ Remote About the Role As
a UX/UI Designe r, you’ll be responsible for creating intuitive,
user-friendly designs that delight our customers and align with our
product vision. You’ll work closely with product managers,
developers, and other stakeholders to translate user needs into
seamless interfaces, from wireframes to high-fidelity designs. What
You'll do ????? Create intuitive wireframes, prototypes, and
high-fidelity UI designs ready for implementation Collaborate with
product, engineering, and marketing teams to define and refine user
flows Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize
designs Maintain and evolve the design system for consistency
across features Ensure designs are implemented accurately with
developers and Stay updated on design trends and best practices
Qualifications: ????? 3 years of experience in UI/UX design,
preferably in a tech or SaaS environment Strong portfolio
showcasing your design process, from research and wireframing to
high-fidelity design and prototyping Proficiency in design tools
like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar Experience with user
research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into design
iterations Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
and mobile-first/web-first design Familiarity with design systems
and ensuring consistency across products Excellent communication
skills with the ability to present and explain design decisions
clearly Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced,
cross-functional team environment Bonus: Experience with front-end
development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) or motion design
