Job Description:

The Technical Designer is responsible for creating high-quality construction document deliverables throughout a project’s lifecycle. This role supports all project phases, including Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration. Your Impact: • Utilize design software to develop high-quality presentation materials. • Contribute to the preparation of architectural construction drawings in Revit. • Compile plans, construction documents, and supporting materials for permitting submissions. • Collaborate with team members to coordinate the development of construction documents. • Support the creation and development of Revit models during the design phase. • Provide assistance to architects and project managers throughout the construction administration phase. Here’s What You’ll Need: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field is required. • 1–3 years of relevant professional experience preferred. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaborative skills. • Demonstrated proficiency in Revit. • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. • A high level of creativity, integrity, and initiative. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. LI-AM2 The actual offered base salary for California locations will vary depending on factors such as individual qualifications, education, experience, skills, job-related knowledge, work location, and internal equity. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role will be at or near the top half of the range provided, but the decision will be dependent on the factors of each individual case. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation in the form of discretionary bonuses in addition to base salary and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
