• Contract Job Description - Team Lead for a group on Network Engineers - Must have strong experience in Extreme Networks and Palo Firewall - 5+ years of hands-on technical experience implementing, configuring and/or troubleshooting complex networking environments - Responsible for the design, implementation, and support of networks - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interface successfully with customer's IT personnel - Set up and install new network equipment according to our standards ensuring proper installation of cabling, operating systems, and appropriate software - Configure network and internet related technologies - Participate in network implementations, including design, installation, and configuration of network equipment and technologies. - Resolve the majority of technical issues without additional assistance - Manage customer expectations through proper communication - Provide proper follow-through to ensure issues are resolved to satisfaction - Provide technical oversight to junior team members - Document and update installation, configuration, deployment and maintenance procedures - Provide after-hours on-call emergency support as needed - Adhere to standardized workflow and processes Additional Information Very Much mandatory-Extreme Networks and Palo Firewall Lead Network Engineer-Extreme Networks experience required
