• 10M fans paying each month for exclusive access to creators' work and community.We're continuing to invest heavily in building the best creator products with the best team in the creator economy and are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our Membership Monetization team to support our mission.This role is based in New York or San Francisco and open to those who are able to be in-office 2 days per week on a hybrid work model.About the TeamThe Membership Monetization team helps creators grow their membership businesses on Patreon by developing automated growth tools, launching new monetization features, and running product experiments. We are a bi-costal, cross-functional product engineering team focused on delivering measurable value to creators.About the Role
  • You'll help scale & expand Patreon's membership monetization capabilities helping creators more effectively grow their businesses
  • Drive A/B testing and data-informed iteration to optimize monetization strategies and user flows.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, data scientists, and other engineers to design, build, and iterate on monetization features.
  • Lead development of fullstack features, with a focus on modern frontend technologies like React, and TypeScript, while building reliable backend systems in Python and MySQL.
  • Contribute to a strong product-oriented engineering culture by mentoring others, shaping best practices, and championing quality and user empathy in the development process.About You
    • 5+ years of experience in fullstack software development with a strong product focus.
    • Passionate about shipping impactful features quickly and iteratively, using data and experimentation to inform decisions.
    • Experience designing and running A/B tests, analyzing results, and turning insights into action.
    • Comfortable diving into both frontend and backend code to deliver end-to-end functionality.
