Job Description:
Our client, a leading innovator in the autonomous vehicle and
robotics industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical
Program Manager to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the
Program Management Office (PMO), you will support complex,
cross-functional initiatives that drive the company's strategic
objectives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership,
excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to
problem-solving, aligning seamlessly with our organizational
culture of innovation and inclusivity. Job Title: Technical Program
Manager Location: Foster City, CA Pay Range: $100 per hour What's
the Job? Partner with PMO leadership to define, implement, and
document standards and best practices for integrated planning.
Develop and maintain comprehensive, high-level integrated master
schedules that connect multiple program and project plans into a
cohesive view. Manage change control processes for the integrated
master schedule to ensure alignment and adaptability. Analyze
program schedules to identify, monitor, and visualize the critical
path, dependencies, and resource constraints impacting company
objectives. Collaborate with Technical Program Managers (TPMs) and
leadership to provide analysis, tools, and coaching to ensure
schedule alignment and risk mitigation. What's Needed? Bachelor's
degree in engineering, technical, or business-related fields. 8
years of experience in program scheduling, integrated planning, or
technical program management within complex hardware/software
environments. Deep expertise in critical path methodology (CPM) and
schedule risk analysis. Proficiency with scheduling software such
as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools. Exceptional
communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
influence and guide cross-functional teams and stakeholders. What's
