Minimum qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent practical
experience. 8 years of experience in software development. 5 years
of experience with design and architecture; and testing/launching
software products. Preferred qualifications: Master’s degree or PhD
in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. 5
years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project
teams and setting technical direction. 3 years of experience
working in a complex, matrixed organization involving
cross-functional or cross-business projects. Experience in building
systems for capacity planning or supply chain. Understanding of

you will manage technical project plans and break up problems into
smaller sub-problems that are tractable. You will have a positive

coach within the organization. You will serve as the tech lead for
the One Fleet Capacity Planning (OFCP) team. You will set technical
strategy and direction across the demand forecasting and planning
space and drive alignment across engineering teams and partner
organizations. You will partner and collaborate with capacity
planners, related engineering teams, and product management to
ensure the development of high-quality solutions in a timely
manner. You will also lead design and code reviews. The AI and

more. The US base salary range for this full-time position is
$248,000-$349,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are
determined by role, level, and location. Within the range,
individual pay is determined by work location and additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant
