Minimum qualifications: Bachelors degree in a technical field,
or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience in
program management. Experience working with both hardware and
software programs (e.g., software and hardware interactions).
Experience in image processing, camera tuning or imaging sensors.
Preferred qualifications: 2 years of experience managing
cross-functional or cross-team projects. Experience in System on
Chip (SoC) system software or SoC life cycle. Experience with image
or video capture systems or image and video quality evaluation.
Experience in photography. Excellent communication skills and the

the street or across the globe. As a Technical Program Manager at
Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex,
multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with
stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project
schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners
across the company. Youre equally comfortable explaining your teams
analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing
the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. In
this role, you will ensure that Pixel Cameras Image and Video
Quality will maintain the high quality bar that our customers
expect from Pixel phones. You will be responsible to guide Pixel
Camera teams through review processes and drive image quality
results by following up with Engineering, Photographer, and Product
teams. You will also track resolution of Image/Video Quality
issues, provide follow-up, and report metrics to leadership. The
Google Pixel team focuses on designing and delivering the worlds
most helpful mobile experience. The team works on shaping the
future of Pixel devices and services through some of the most
advanced designs, techniques, products, and experiences in consumer
electronics. This includes bringing together the best of Google’s
artificial intelligence, software, and hardware to build global
smartphones and create transformative experiences for users across
the world. The US base salary range for this full-time position is
$132,000-$189,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are
determined by role, level, and location. Within the range,
individual pay is determined by work location and additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant
education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the
specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring

bonus, equity, or benefits. Responsibilities Collaborate with team
members and stakeholders to understand or identify defined work
problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and
discuss program impact. Prioritize program goals, understand and
translate other stakeholders’ needs into program goals and
prioritized deliverables with minimal assistance, and contribute to
decisions on prioritizing goals and deliverables. Define the scope
of projects and develop, execute, or manage project plans for
supported programs. Guide Pixel Camera teams through the Image
Quality (IQ) and Video Quality (VQ) review processes. Support teams
in streamlining tools used for image quality evaluations.
