Requirements: What We’re Looking For: Experience in lighting, electrical, or related technical fields highly preferred Strong understanding of product assemblies, manufacturing methods, and industry best practices Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); CAD familiarity is a plus Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills Team-oriented, customer-focused, and passionate about innovation Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial design, or a related field (preferred but not required) Experience with Trello, DDM, ERP, CRM, and FileMaker Familiarity with lighting controls and automation
