Perform high-quality and efficient vehicle repair and maintenance services according to CarMax's standards. Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to accurately identify automotive issues and apply correct repair solutions. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment. Interact with customers and service advisors to review vehicle services and explain the work performed. Keep up-to-date with new technology and attend mandatory training sessions. Assist in the mentoring and training of other technicians with less experience. Deep understanding of automotive systems and components. Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software. Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a team and independently. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance 401k Must be ASE certified. Additional certifications in specific areas such as brakes, electrical systems, or engine performance are highly desirable.
