hands will help build the future of flight! In this dynamic role,
you will play a critical part in assembling complex electrical
systems and harnesses that power next-generation aircraft and
aerospace technologies. Utilizing your advanced skills in wire
termination, component installation, and troubleshooting, you’ll
ensure precision and quality at every step—helping our innovative
team deliver mission-critical solutions that soar above the rest.
What You Will Do Construct and install electrical and network
wiring assemblies, including custom cables and harnesses. Measure,
cut, strip, crimp, and terminate wires and cables to specification,
and install components into chassis, panels, and equipment racks
according to engineering drawings and schematics. Mount connectors,
switches, circuit breakers, servers, PDUs, and related hardware,
and routes power, network, and fiber cabling to ensure safety,
accessibility, and proper airflow. Read, interpret and follow
blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills
of materials, and other written instructions. Operate hand tools,
electrical tools, molding, sanding/cutting of acrylic, measuring
equipment and light equipment. Maintain inventory of product in
workstations. Perform quality work checks, identify product defects
and record identified defects. Rework and/or repair assembled
equipment and products according to engineering specification
changes. Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and
established safety procedures. Operate Fork Trucks and Overhead
Cranes to load/unload material and finished product Maintain a
clean and safe work area. Lift up to 25 pounds unassisted This is a
first shift role. Hours are typically 6 AM – 3:00 PM.?
Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires HS diploma (or
equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational/ technical
education in related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of
