Overview Covenant Care is seeking an Executive
Director/Administrator--located at our Wagner Heights Nursing &
Rehab Center who has an entrepreneurial spirit to lead and manage
the facility and utilizing available resources to provide quality,
caring services to all residents and patients, and achieve desired
clinical and financial results. The Executive
Director/Administrator will collaborate with physicians, staff, and
partnering hospitals to care for high acuity patients, short term
rehab, cardio/pulmonary specialty, wound care, in this 152-bed

admitted 16,100 patients to our skilled nursing facilities in
California, Nevada and Illinois. We sent home a higher percentage
of patients than our peers and we outperformed them in all 5-star

Covenant Care. Minimum Requirements The ideal candidate is an
experienced Administrator with strong collaboration, communication,
and project management skills. Experience leading initiatives and
seeing through improvements is required. Active and clean Nursing
Home Administrator's license and bachelor's degree is preferred.
Knowledge with reimbursement regulations and nursing practices and
procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining
to long-term care administration. Experience building teams,
engaging external customers, and supporting families is required.
