KEY OUTCOMES
YOU WILL...
- Support business development by......
- Developing, maintaining and growing, ongoing client/account
relationships
- Work closely with Sales to identify new opportunities and new
client contacts
- Supporting Account Executive at proposal stage to ensure that
Profiles adds value to the research design and that the proposals
are accurately turned around within a mutually agreed timescale
- Supporting the development of a client account plan (led by the
Account Executive)
- Be aware of evolving Profiles' offerings that may be most
relevant to client, connecting Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and
client.
- Work with Account Executive to upsell other capabilities and grow
the account
- Identify gaps in client service processes (both Business
Development and Client Operations) and recommend improvements.
- Ensure that client is getting good quality service from all parts
of Kantar Profiles
- Ensure renewals are on track by uncovering challenges or client
needs to be addressed.
- Support the client by familiarizing them with the agreed Profiles
processes and procedures for the efficient running of projects
- Work closely with Profiles Client Operations Team and the client
to proactively resolve any project issues when they arise by
providing information, answering questions, investigating problems
and developing solutions
- Work closely with the Account Executive/Operations/Pricing to
ensure project profitability
CAPABILITIES
YOU NEED...
- 5+ years experience conducting research for a data collection
company or a full-service market research agency
- The ability to develop rapport with clients and maintain strong
working relationships
- The ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving
skills
- A collaborative approach to working with different
departments/functions
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced
environment
- Excellent communication skills (both spoken and in writing)
- To work productively, to have the ability to meet deadlines, and
possess strong time management.
- A learning mindset - looking for ways to improved processes and
develop your skills in support of the client and the business
