As an Assistant Manager at European Wax Center, you'll use your expertise to ensure every moment is an opportunity for confidence! Our Assistant Managers support the Center Manager in being responsible for ensuring every guest has a memorable and inviting experience while delivering the company's desired financial results.

This is a full-time position, and most of our Assistant Managers earn between $15.00 - $19.00 +/hour; since commissions are unlimited many exceed! The position is a highly sales-driven position, and you control your earnings.

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

    • Must be able to work 35-40 hours per week, including morning, evening, and weekends.

    • A sales background is strongly preferred.
      
    • Experience coaching, developing, and motivating those around you.

    • Knowledge of basic Microsoft programs and email etiquette.
