We offer a 35-bed inpatient hospital, day treatment, and outpatient services. Our specially trained staff of board certified psychiatrists, physicians and licensed professionals are committed to providing compassionate, quality care, and creating an atmosphere that fosters communication, trust, and personal growth.ResponsibilitiesPosition Summary:The Director is responsible for Special Projects which include approved grants and other projects determined by the Behavioral Health (BH) Clinical Council which include advancing the overall BH strategy. This role includes monitoring grant requirements, staffing, programming and training. Responsibilities include: oversight of elements of the grant program and evaluation of clinical documentation. and data related to services and outcomes. The System Director will work with and report to the Principal Investigator and the President of St. Joseph's Behavioral Health CenterThe Director will monitor social and psychotherapeutic services regarding the MAT Services rendered to patients and their families. The -Director will be familiar with dialectical behavioral therapy and participate in the DBT consult team as needed.. The Director will consult routinely with the Principal Investigator and President in regards to project operations. Involvement with the grant related projects is intended to provide a foundation for further expansion of services created and replicate and/or develop other specialized virtual programming that will be part of the Common Spirit Health Behavioral Health service line. Examples of these services are telehealth for maternal mental health, victims of human trafficking, and general treatment of more common disorders as anxiety and depression as well as evaluation services to support the Common Spirit ED's and ambulatory clinics. This position may provide supervision and management of personnel that will provide these services.Special Projects include: Enterprise assignments regarding the advancement of Behavioral Health services in all markets identified, this can cover acute, ambulatory and primary care value based services. Consistent, clear coordination and communication with leadership in these markets is critical to this work. Educating leaders and others is vital to achieving the BH goals. Skills needed: advanced skills in PowerPoint/Slides development, working with clinical informatics on data reports, Identification of Return on Investments (ROI) for the overall system, budget adherence, ability to create a vision and develop operational strategies with other system leaders. Advance understanding of Vulnerable.Populations and Health Care Equity regarding the needs of patients and who may be dual diagnosed and struggling with BH concernsThis position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of the -Organization.     • Master's degree in Mental Health .
    • Five (5) years of experience in mental health programs and services. -
    • Two (2) or more years of experience in Chemical dependency work.
    • BLS
    • License Clinical Social Worker, - MFT or Clinical Psychologist License .Preferred
      • MSW, MFT
      • Experience with delivering mental health services via tele-health or motivated to develop these services using telehealth technology is a plus.
