Job Description:
IF NOT LOCAL, ROLE WILL REQUIRE RELOCATION TO STOCKTON, CA AS
WELL AS RELOCATION TO ONE OF OUR OTHER 27 DISTRIBUTION CENTERS FOR
EVENTUAL GM PROMOTION, IN IDEALLY, 1.5-3 YEARS.
Salary: $120000 - $140000 USD Annually

limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business
needs. This role may also be eligible to participate in a
discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the
program.
Position Summary: The Assistant General Manager (AGM) will assist
in the execution of the daily operating plan and management of a
multi-temperature, technology-driven, highly customer-focused
warehouse. Successful candidates will be recognized as the next
generation of Martin Brower Operations Management leaders.
Immediate and Future Willingness to relocate as needed to a Martin
Brower location for purposes of career advancement is a core
requirement of this opportunity.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Lead and Ensure a safe working environment for all employees in
24/7 warehouse environment
Provide direction and leadership to the Transportation and
Warehouse Managers
Execute company processes successfully to ensure 100% compliance,
ensure annual performance goals are met or exceeded
Participate in the development of budgets, P&L Statements
Present at customer and employee meetings
Foster a work environment that maximizes employee involvement,
morale and engagement
Ensure quality standards are achieved for all good shipped and
received
Promptly solve problems to the maximum satisfaction of our
customer(s)
Participate in, contribute to and potentially lead various
committees, such as quality and safety
Travel up to 20% for annual meetings or other Distribution Centers
as needed
Be a champion of change, contribute to the strategic direction of
facility initiatives
Willingness to relocate throughout the organization for promotional
opportunities
Other projects or duties as assigned
