Job Description:

CompHealth is currently assisting a California hospital with their search for a neonatologist. Their need is because a current physician is retiring. Your schedule will be 1 week on and 1 week off with a 1:2 night call. A neonatologist stays in the hospital all the time. Spend every other night in the hospital the week you are on service. During the off week you are 100% off. Join 3 other neonatologists and cover 1 hospital. Job duties include rounding in the NICU and attending C-sections/high-risk deliveries. The NICU uses advanced technology and cutting-edge methods to run at the highest level of acuity possible. Pediatric hospitalists are on staff to cover the well-baby nursery. This independent contractor opportunity has a base salary that will depend on the physicians experience. You will also be offered relocation assistance, a sign-on bonus, and loan repayment.

Come live and practice in Stockton, within an easy drive to either Sacramento or San Francisco. This is your opportunity to live in one of the most desirable locations in California. You will enjoy the best that California has to offer such as beaches, skiing, and nearby wine country.
