Job Title: -Certified Nursing Assistant-CNAJob Type: -Full Time, Part-time, Per-DiemSalary: $18-25/hour (Based on experience)Supplemental Pay: Over-time Pay (Over 8 Hours) Double-time Pay (Over 12 Hours) COVID-19 Hazard Pay (COVID Unit)Shifts: 8 Hours-AM/PM/NOC, 12 Hours -AM/NOC, Weekend, Holiday, Overtime available, Flexible ScheduleMedical Specialty: -Geriatrics, Hospice & Palliative Medicine, Medical-SurgicalResponsibilities:** The primary purpose of your position is to provide our residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, and as directed by your supervisor. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Resident care, Hygiene/bathing, ADL's, Assistance with meals, I&Os, Vital signs
• Transfers, Ambulation, Range of Motion, bowel and bladder care/training
• Charting/Documentation
• Emphasis on patient advocacy, EXCELLENT customer service, encouraging resident participation in activities and appointments
• Monitoring and reporting changes in condition to charge nurse/supervisor
• Creating and maintaining an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positivity is especially imperative during these isolated times.
• Adhering to Facility Infection Prevention Policies and ProceduresQualifications:
  • Previous experience in nursing, patient care, or other related fields (Preferred)
  • Ability to build rapport with patients and fellow colleagues
  • Compassionate and caring personality
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and -Long Term -Care/Skilled-Nursing settingPrevious Experience is preferred, but not necessary; CNA certification COVID-19 Vaccination/Booster is required
