PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN OPPORTUNITIES (IM OR FM)Stockton/Vacaville/LodiCommunity clinics with 11 clinics in 3 different counties seeking Family Practice and Internal Medicine physicians for primary care clinics located in Vacaville (brand new clinic) Stockton, Lodi locations; FQHC sites; clientele are underserved; 60% Spanish speaking patients; ambulatory care only, no in-patient care; 8 hour shifts Monday-Friday (one late evening shift; one Saturday/month; call is every 10th week, for one week via long-range pager; salary plus bonus/incentive program; benefits include dual malpratice, etc.; ideal candidate will be team player, mission driven and strong in women's health, chronic pain and chronic disease management; the city of Lodi has a population over over 64,000, located in the San Joaquin County about 30 miles south of Sacramento, California. Napa Valley and Lake Tahoe are an hour and a half away while Yosemite is only two hours to the South. Because of its central location, Lodi is an increasingly populated suburb for commuters from Sacramento and the SF Bay Areas. Lodi is best known as a center of wine production and in recent years has become increasingly respected for its Zinfandel wine and varietals.
