Annual Salary Ranges:
$129,000 $158,412 Licensed
$109,284 $130,788 Pre-Licensed

Psychologists providing in-person care in an inpatient unit will
receive:
$148,344 $182,172 Licensed
$125,676 $150,396 Pre-Licensed

Recruitment and Retention Bonus for clinicians newly hired with the
State of California has been restructured to provide a 1% bonus for
the first 7 years, increasing by 1% year over year, maxing out at a
7% annual bonus by year 7.
Work Locations: Wide Variety of Geographic Settings including the
Northern California Coast, San Francisco Bay Area, California
Capitol, and Southern California. Including but not limited to the
following Institutions:
California Health Care Facility, CF Stockton
Mule Creek State Prison, Ione Ione

(CCHCS) is currently hiring Psychologists to join our dedicated
mental health teams.
As a Psychologist with California Correctional Health Care
Services, you will play a crucial role in providing mental health
services to individuals in our care. Your responsibilities will
include conducting screenings, evaluating incarcerated persons,
crisis intervention, individual therapy, treatment planning, and
collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. You may also have the
opportunity to contribute to program evaluation and research.

Minimum Qualifications :
Valid license as a Psychologist issued by the California Board of
Psychology
Doctorate Degree in Psychology from an accredited institution
