CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSE REQUIREMENTS - Valid California RN License
(California-License) - BLS Certification - ACLS Certification -
CNOR Certification (preferred) WHAT YOU BRING - Minimum of 3 years
of Emergency Room experience in a fast-paced environment. -
Demonstrated proficiency in managing a high volume of critical
patients, including trauma, sepsis, stroke, and cardiac cases. -
Experience with pediatric and adult patient populations across all
acuity levels. - Strong knowledge of ER protocols, patient
assessment, and emergency interventions. - Ability to work
effectively in a dynamic team, communicate clearly, and adapt to
fluctuating patient needs. - Skilled in the use of Cerner EMR
system for accurate documentation. - Comfort with floating and
working across different ER sections as needed, including ER North
and ER South. - Valid California Nursing License and current
certifications. - Ability to work 8- or 12-hour shifts, including
weekends and holidays, on a rotating schedule. - Willingness to
support a busy, high-volume ER with a robust patient care team and
ongoing education opportunities. PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE -
Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN). -
Over 3 years of ER nursing experience, with recent exposure to
trauma centers. - Experience working in a Level I or Level II
trauma designation facility preferred. - Familiarity with advanced
emergency interventions such as airway management, IV therapy, and
telemetry. - Prior experience with Cerner EMR, trauma protocols,
