surgeon eager to lead and significantly expand our general thoracic
program, leveraging your expertise in complex pulmonary and
esophageal procedures. Balanced Scope of Practice: While your
primary focus will be on advancing our general thoracic services,
you will also strategically utilize and maintain your full cardiac
surgical skill set by providing periodic backup coverage for our
dedicated cardiac team. This ensures comprehensive patient care and

boasts a 3-Star STS Cardiac rating for CABG and AVR, reflecting our
