Job Description:
The Operations Manager coordinates, implements, and supervises
clinical services of the PACE program and IDT. Follows and
interprets all policies and procedures, applicable laws and
licensing requirements. Serves as primary liaison between PACE Napa
and PACE ministry clinical leadership, ADH and PACE operational
leadership. Reports and is directly accountable to the Director of
Operations. Providence PACE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for
the Elderly that strives to keep older adults as healthy as
possible living in the community through clinics, home visits and

live active, independent lives. Required Qualifications: Bachelors
degree in the field of nursing, social work, psychology,
recreational therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy or
speech therapy, or registered dietitian, or professional in
gerontology or related field. Upon request: Driving may be
necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply
with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will
be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance
upon request. See policy for additional information. 2 years a
minimum or two (2) years of demonstrated experience in the methods
of administration, management, organization, program development,
and personnel management. 2 years of experience working with frail
elderly and disabled adult populations, who reside within the
community. 1 year of Clinical experience in a health care setting.

minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this
position. The successful candidates placement on the wage range for
this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience
and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range;
additional compensation may be available for this role, such as
shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra
shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Providence offers a

Pay Range: $ 52.79 - $ 81.94 The amounts listed are the base pay
range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such
as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra
shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
