Assistant, Full-Time Location: Jackson, California Pay Structure:
$40-45/hour or $80-90k/yearly Must be Licensed in California We are

innovative treatment approaches in the Jackson area. Job Overview:
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in
assisting our licensed physical therapists in delivering
high-quality care to patients. You will work closely with
individuals in various settings such as hospitals, clinics, and
outpatient facilities, providing essential support in their
rehabilitation journey. Responsibilities: - Assist physical
therapists in developing and implementing customized treatment
plans for patients. - Provide hands-on therapy to patients under
the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. - Educate
patients on exercises and activities to improve mobility and
function. - Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
of treatments. - Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure
comprehensive care for each patient. - Maintain a clean and
organized work environment. - Stay updated on current trends and
advancements in physical therapy practices. Experience: - Previous
experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in physical
therapy. - Knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and patient
care principles. - Familiarity with acute care and outpatient
rehabilitation settings. - Strong interpersonal skills and the
ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues. -
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while
maintaining attention to detail. Qualifications: - Associate degree
from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. - Valid
certification or licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in
Missouri and Kansas. - Proficiency in using therapy equipment and
tools. - Excellent organizational and time management skills.
