175 Beds We are seeking a proven, high-impact Director of Nursing
to lead clinical operations in a large, fast-paced Skilled Nursing
Facility (175 beds) . This role is designed for a rockstar DON
—someone with a documented track record of success , exceptional
survey readiness, and the ability to build, lead, and inspire
strong clinical teams. This is not a stepping-stone role. We are
looking for an accomplished DON who has successfully led larger
buildings , thrives under complexity, and knows how to drive
