OR 8 rooms a day plus 2 Heart rooms for a total of 9-10. 23-25 cases per day on average RN's: ACLS, BLS, through AHA required, CNOR preferred. 1 to 1 Cerner required "General surgery, Vascular, Ortho, Endo, Urology….we pretty much do everything here except Trauma (even though we have our fair share of stabbings, gunshot wounds, MVAs etc. We also have a strong Open Heart Surgery program and our CVOR is where we could really use some support.
