Shift: Day Shift Pay Range: $80,000 to $115,000 (based on experience) Bonus potential Job Summary We're hiring a Center Manager (Clinician – Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist) to lead and manage operations at our outpatient rehabilitation center in Citrus Heights . This is a high-impact opportunity to combine leadership, business acumen, and clinical expertise to grow a successful rehab center while also maintaining a direct patient caseload. Key Responsibilities Center Operations & Leadership Manage daily operations and ensure high-quality care delivery Oversee and support therapists, aides, and administrative staff Monitor productivity, caseloads, and clinical workflows Conduct team training, performance reviews, and scheduling Ensure facility cleanliness, efficiency, and regulatory compliance Drive clinic growth through community relationships and referral marketing Review financial metrics to ensure center profitability Clinical & Patient Care Provide hands-on therapy services as part of a regular caseload Maintain clear documentation of treatment goals, plans, and outcomes Supervise therapy assistants and ensure continuity of care Lead by example in quality, professionalism, and patient communication ?
