Job Description Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – In
Clinic Full-Time | Tennessee Salary: Competitive, Based on
Experience Know Boundaries is seeking a full-time Board Certified
Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This is an
on-site clinic position. We are committed to delivering exceptional
clinical services while maintaining a supportive, collaborative,
and growth-oriented work environment for our clinicians. What
You’ll Do Provide clinical supervision to Behavior Technicians and
RBTs Conduct assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments
(FBAs) Develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior
Intervention Plans (BIPs) Analyze data and update programming to
ensure meaningful client progress Provide parent training and
collaborate with interdisciplinary teams Support and mentor
clinical staff through ongoing feedback and training Maintain high
standards for ethical practice and documentation compliance
Qualifications Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or
related field Active BCBA certification Licensed in Tennessee
