The Opportunity Pine Park Health is hiring Nurse Practitioners (Full-Time) to revolutionize primary care for seniors in the East Bay area. With dedicated care coordinators handling administrative work and RNs managing triage, you can focus on what you do best: comprehensive clinical care. Our collaborative team structure provides robust support for chart prep, patient education, and follow-up management, creating a workflow that enhances both provider satisfaction and patient outcomes. The final compensation package for each successful candidate will depend on several job-related factors unique to each candidate. These factors may include but are not limited to education, training, skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications and licensure, business needs, internal peer equity, and alignment with geographic and market data.
