Job Title CA - Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
City/State: Salinas, California Shift: Flex schedule: Sunday -
Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday, 07:00:00-19:00:00 Contract Length:
12 weeks Start Date: 05/11/2026 Job Description: Seeking passionate
and adaptable Travel COTA needed for a large, dynamic skilled
nursing facility in Monterey County, CA. The COTA will work under
the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide
patient-centered care focused on improving functional independence.
Responsibilities: Implement occupational therapy treatment plans
for short-term and long-term residents Communicate effectively with
the Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary care team Maintain
compliance with facility policies, Medicare guidelines, and
regulatory standards Complete documentation in Net Health per
facility standards Requirements: Active OTA License SNF Experience
Preferred (Mentorship Available for Those with 0-1 Year Experience)
Strong Documentation and Time-Management Skills Flexible and
Collaborative Mindset Preference for Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday -
Saturday Schedule
