Required Skills: Board-certified in both Hematology and Oncology Valid medical license and appropriate certifications Proven experience in managing complex hematologic and oncologic cases Excellent diagnostic and clinical skills Strong communication and patient-centered care approach Nice to Have Skills: Experience with clinical research or trials in Hematology and Oncology Certification in additional pain management or supportive care Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems Multilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Demonstrated success in a similar clinical setting At least 3 years of post-residency experience in Hematology and Oncology Other Requirements: Willingness to commit to a full-time schedule starting June 1, 2026 Ability to obtain and maintain required state and federal licensing Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to clinical guidelines Participation in our robust referral bonus program and utilization of provided benefits such as weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage, paid sick leave, and reimbursed travel and licensure expenses.
