Reporting to the I-Care Service Manager, this role will manage organization, productivity and assets of the Service Dept. to obtain maximum efficiency and profitability. Supervises Field Service Specialist, Support teams with the assigned region. This individual is required to establish, promote and maintain excellent rapport and communications with all customers, co-workers, sales representatives, and others as appropriate.As a Field Service Supervisor, You Will:+ Act as first escalation point for customer resources related to TempTrak system issues and assist as needed in interdepartmental issue resolution. + Develop, oversee, and fully document support model for Kaiser Permanente. + Train and support new techs for new support personnel for all new/backfill Kaiser locations.+ Build network of onsite technicians to fully support Kaiser across the country.+ Provide onsite startup of Solutions products and ensure equipment is operational and free of defects.+ Own and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for departmental functions, processes, and practices as well as improvement initiatives across departments.+ Be responsible for planning, budgeting, implementing, and managing services.+ Maintain proficiency in all products and services that the company offers. This includes installation, programming, and equipment protocol.+ Interface with the customer and Emerson for all support needs.+ Provide general technical support for questions regarding software and hardware.+ Route advanced support to proper channels and take ownership to ensure customer success.+ Create and execute the sensor calibration programs.+ Identify and fix problematic areas for physical hardware, software issues, and local networking issues. + Prepare problem/resolution documentation.Who You Are:You rely on a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment when making decisions. You display a can-do attitude in good and bad times.Required Education, Experience & Skills:+ Minimum 2 years of telephone and or in-person service support in a technical environment with minimal supervision.+ Knowledge of troubleshooting computer hardware, computer software, and wireless network and communication devices.+ Knowledge of basic TCP/IP Networking and network troubleshooting/diagnostic skills.+ Must have proficient oral, written and interpersonal skills as well as demonstrated customer service skills.+ Must be able to travel to all customer locations in Northern California and other areas as they are added. Must have a valid driver's license with minimal infractions.+ Must comply with all hospital requirements and policies including but not limited to: training, PPE, and vaccinations.+ Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship is not available for this position.Preferred Education, Experience & Skills:+ Associate's degree or trade school certificate in relevant technical program.+ Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.+ Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.+ Strong problem solving skills.+ Strong knowledge with Windows-based operating systems.
