Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for providing
both strategic and tactical support to both the business and the HR
Business Partners. Under the guidance of the HR Business Partner,
the role will be responsible for providing HR support to a small
department of employees. This includes performance management,
leadership coaching and training, employee engagement, employee
relations, and progressive coaching. The position will support,
engage and partner with the broader HR organization to support the
execution of the strategy, including leveraging the functional
expertise and resources of the Centers of Expertise (COE's) and
Shared Services.Job DescriptionSalary $75,000-85,000 based on

that support the business objectives and key performance priorities
of the business unitCoach and advise leaders on talent development

process and partner with leaders to develop individual development

HR Business Partner, manage and resolve employee relations
