Job Description Job Description About the Role We are looking
for a Customer Service Representatives to help support self-driving
vehicles. In this role, you’ll ride in or operate a vehicle
equipped with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and Full
Self-Driving (FSD) technology. Your job is to ensure safe, smooth
trips, monitor the vehicle’s performance, and provide feedback to
the team. Key Responsibilities Safely operate or supervise a
self-driving vehicle during an 8 hour shift Assist and communicate
with riders in a clear and friendly way Stay alert and take control
of the vehicle if needed Perform basic safety and readiness checks
before each shift Travel to different Bay Area cities as required
Report daily findings and provide feedback for improvements
Qualifications Valid driver’s license Active auto insurance under
your name Strong awareness of surroundings and potential hazards
Good communication skills Comfortable using tablets, apps, and
basic tech tools Able to work a flexible schedule, including one
weekend day Willing to work overtime if needed Must pass all
required safety and drug-testing requirements Balance Staffing is
