• Full-cycle recruiting for engineering, GTM, and ops-from cold outreach to Day-1 onboarding
• Process design: data-driven pipelines, scorecards, and metrics that scale with headcount
• Candidate experience: engage with each candidate actively and with care to leave a strong impression and reflect our values
• Collaborative hiring: work with Founders, rest of team, agencies to drive hiring strategy based on growth goals
• Storytelling: pitch GigaML's mission so convincingly that top talent can't walk awayWho You Are / Must-Haves
