ManagementGeneral Summary:Centrally manages and coordinates
multiple work efforts with a focus to achieve and deliver strategic
objectives, outcomes, and benefits. Develops, defines, and executes
plans of record, including schedules, budgets, resources,
deliverables, and risks. Monitors and drives a collection of
strategic data initiatives from planning through delivery,
interfacing with stakeholders across functions. Manages delivery of
programs, budget/spending, on-time delivery, and achievement of
milestones. Represents the program/release train and drives
alignment across stakeholders.The responsibilities of this role
include:
- Scoping, planning, and executing large, cross-functional data
programs, ensuring the program and each team's charter is in line
with the organizational data strategy and roadmap for the
future.
- Provide oversight and coordination across technical project
managers and deliver programs on schedule and on budget.
- Proactively manage risks and drive mitigations with timely
communication to leadership and actively maintain the risk
tracker.
- Build materials and facilitate program level communication at
all levels including the executive team on goals and
accomplishments.
- Oversee/guide the prioritization and refinement of the product
backlog, with business and technical teams to define requirements,
estimate features, program roadmap, and budget.
- Foster cross functional team collaboration through process and
Agile best practices.
- Lead discussions to drive out internal dependencies between
teams.
- Facilitate cross team PI events and collaboration
activities.
- Drive simplification and continuous improvement in practices
and processes.
- Lead the analysis of complex team dynamics, root cause and work
with delivery leaders to drive necessary corrective actions.
- Provide strategies and Agile best practices to drive speed, and
operational efficiencies that reduce costs and enhance
productivity.
- Collaborate with Product Management, System Architect, and
Business Owners to achieve effective outcomes on the ART.
- Advise/Facilitate training and development of teams and people
on Agile, in the context of data and analytics.
- Supports the establishment of program governance, goals, and
prioritizes deliverables under minimal supervision of IT and
Business stakeholders.
- Tracks all key metrics pertaining to a program, provides early
warning for potential metric deviations, and escalates in a timely
manner when metrics deviate significantly from Plan of Record.
- Supports the compliance of processes by following best
practices and procedures and providing observations for process
improvement. Integrates organizational change management practices
to drive successful business outcomes.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in the areas of IT, Information Systems,
Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Managed or participated in cross functional data programs on
modern platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Tableau.
- Managed programs across Data Engineering, Data Governance and
Analytics teams.
- 10+ years Program Management or related work experience in the
Data and Analytics space.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to cut complexity and guide the teams through
ambiguity.
- 5+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction
with senior leadership (e.g., Sr Director level and above).
- 10-15+ years Project Management-relevant work experience in
IT.
- Experience with Scaled Agile (SAFe) and PMP certifications

$172,000.00 - $258,000.00. The above pay scale reflects the broad,
minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location
for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note
that salary is only one component of total compensation at
