Technical Development Associate ScientistLocation: San Francisco Metro Area, CA, USApplication Dates: 2025-05-21 to 2025-06-24Job Type: ScientificJob Number: JN -052025-33356Job DescriptionR&D Partners is seeking to hire a Technical Development Associate Scientist in South San Francisco, CA.Main Responsibilities:

• Work hands-on in the laboratory to generate analytical data supporting pipeline and technical development projects.
• Perform analytical characterization and testing using NMR spectroscopy.
• Develop and execute analytical methods.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to manufacturing process development and regulatory filings (e.g., BLAs and INDs).
• Maintain environmental health and safety standards, and keep lab space and instruments in good condition.
• Maintain detailed documentation, including electronic lab notebooks, and author technical reports.Qualifications
  • BSc or MSc in biological or chemical sciences or related fields.
  • 0 to 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong technical and hands-on lab skills; quick learner of new technical skills.
  • Experience in research labs or internships is highly desirable.
  • Ability to follow protocols and instructions accurately.
  • Ability to work independently, design experiments, interpret data, and communicate results.
