Job Description:

Program Support Administrator (Stockton, CA)Eagle Construction, a leading restoration contractor working in the homeowners insurance industry, is seeking a qualified program support administrator to join our team. - This is a clerical support position which is essential to maintaining -and updating our programs with the various insurance carriers.Essential Duties/Responsibilities:Maintain and update control points as assignments progress from estimate through job conclusion.Meet with the construction project managers to ensure detailed job progress notes are updated in various programs.Provide phone and email communication directly with homeowners and insurance adjusters.Contact customers within estimate pending stage for contracts.Obtain, scan and upload work authorizations, certificate of completions and all other required documents.Set up both main job files and working job files for incoming contracts and change orders.Request, review and maintain vendor insurance certificates.Enter payable invoices into Sage accounting software and scan into individual customer files.Assist with accounts receivables and collections - ensure necessary forms for payment are received and uploaded.Assist project managers with permits, calling inspections, obtaining dumpsters & temp. toilets, etc.Filing vendor payables and any other misc. documents.Answering incoming calls and providing assistance.Closing and scanning completed job files.Basic Qualifications:Must have excellent communication and phone skills.Strong organizational skills with ability to work independently.Detailed and accurate data entry.Critical thinking with ability to see what the next step is.Experience managing multiple project and priorities.Must be able to work well with others as a team player.Previous construction office experience preferred, but not required.FULL TIME - Monday - Friday (8:00 am - 5:00 pm) - $17.00/hr. to start
