The goal of the Customer Experience Creator (CEC) is to concentrate
on the client and provide outstanding customer service at all time.
The CEC will strive to constantly think about the needs and
expectations of our customers and relentlessly work toward
exceeding customer expectations. The CEC must be a strong advocate
for the customer while coordinating with operations to create 100%
customer satisfaction. CEC's provide real time information to our
customers about their inventory as it moves through the supply
chain. The individual will have a full understanding of the Supply
Chain Management System (SCMS) and its tactical and reporting
functionality. It is the responsibility of the CEC to create an
easy experience for our customers while continually thinking of
ways to help them achieve their goals more efficiently through the
value provided by MHX.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for all data inputs associated with assigned
Customers
Arrange for transportation of client's material in a timely manner
and communicate to customer upon completion
Maintain a full understanding on customer's expectations and be an
advocate for these functions
Advocate for all customers to CEC, Planning, and Operations
Monitor Reporting for customers to ensure 100% satisfaction
Check to ensure that appropriate steps are taken to resolve client
issues promptly and management is made aware of issues
Constant Communication to customers in a polite and effective
manner
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required (Degree/Cert in
Sales/Marketing/Customer Service Studies is preferred)
DEMONSTRATED SKILLS and KNOWLEDGE
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate
the following competencies to perform the essential functions of
this position:
Strong working knowledge of MS Office/Excel
Team Management - Participate successfully as part of the CEC Team;
and work to be a cooperative and value adding team player
Active Listening - Giving full attention to what other people are
saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking
questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate
times
Service Orientation - Actively looking for ways to help customers;
timely response and actions to customer concerns and requests
