**Responsibilities**

**$5,000 Sign on Bonus offered for New Hires with at least 6 months of Nursing experience in this specialty. Per policy, current employees are not eligible.**

**Job Summary:**

The RN assesses patient/family health problems and resources, and takes a leadership role in the development, implementation and outcomes evaluation of a plan for nursing care. Provides professional, critical care during diagnostic and interventional procedures to critically ill patient population(s) in the Cath lab and Special procedures/Radiology. This position requires providing service to one or more age in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of the Organization. It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values. The employee shall support the Organization's strategic plan and the goals and direction of the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).

**Qualifications**

**Minimum:**

+ Graduate of an RN School of Nursing

+ Current California RN License

+ Current BLS and ACLS certifications

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Preferred:**

+ One year recent acute care experience

+ CCRN certification

+ Bachelors degree in health related field

+ Previous experience working in this unit/department

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual

+ Computer literacy
