We jointly express and promote our commitment under the corporate brand THE KAITEKI COMPANY.Job PurposeOversees operations at the ground level, making sure that the rest of the team is accurately picking items for shipment to customers based on orders, prepare product for shipment, and setup shipments. Individual provides additional assistance to management including quality, training, hazmat, and accurate communication to management on team performance and safety throughout the manufacturing facility.*Competencies: *Working together in teams effectively, support each other to be the best we can be and treat each other with respect and dignity.* Plans effectively for the activity and prioritizes tasks.* Makes effective use of information to make good decisions in a timely manner.* Communicating effectively with others to progress work, acts to preserve long-term relations.* Understands how own activities contribute to team and wider organizational goals*Essential Functions: ** Minimum 10-15 years experience.* Inspect and notify the appropriate departments when in bound shipments arrive.* Quality checks on production lines and line marking.* Resin returns and correct documentation.* Training and motivating team members.* Consistently promote high standards through personal example and roll out through the team so that each member of the team understands the standards and behaviors expected of them.* Problem solving and troubleshooting* Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.* Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, hazmat area and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.* All other tasks or duties as assigned.*Additional Responsibilities*1. Operation of fork lift or hand powered truck.2. Follow LOCK OUT TAG OUT, and all other plant safety regulations when performing job.3. Ensure all products produced meet all quality/acceptability criteria.4. Maintain all work areas to a high level of cleanliness.*Principal Accountabilities/Knowledge: *1. High School Diploma preferred.2. Warehouse and Heavy Machinery experience3. Reporting /Documentation Skills, Time Management, Organization Planning, Inventory Control4. Physically able to perform work assignments.5.
