• To provide technical assistance in relation to Astrea products and their use, to internal and external customer, and provide pre & post sales supportPrinciple Responsibilities
  • Addressing responses to Technical Support questions from Customers and Sales team Members
  • Managing the administration of cases in salesforce
  • Work with internal customers (Salesforce lead, marketing) to develop and improve systems around technical support case management and customer feedback
  • Providing Technical Support and follow up for the sales team in pre and post sales
  • Lead and direct technical presentations and discussions with customers
  • Liaise with R&D to provide technical support to internal & external customers, and the sales team
  • Identifying suitable seminar, conferences etc and attending to obtain information to further support Astreas products and sales teamQualifications and experience
    • Degree in Biochemistry/Biotechnology or equivalent
    • Experienced within the Biotechnology/Drug discovery industry
    • Working knowledge of chromatography, protein purification, cell and gene therapy
    • Ability to work with a multi disciplinary team across multiple sites
    • Familiarity with Astrea product range, use of product range, use of products and troubleshooting for customers
