Job Description:

manner.Responsibilities:Provide ear, nose and throat specialized
care to patients.Perform comprehensive physical examinations and
develop individualized treatment plans.Perform minor procedures in
office, including but not limited to, nasal endoscopies, cerumen
impaction removal, epistaxis control and foreign body removal,
endoscopic and stroboscopic evaluation, post operative
care.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated
and efficient patient care.Conduct pre-operative exams and provide
pre/post-surgical instructions and education to patients and their
families.Utilize electronic medical record system (Modernizing
Medicine) to document patient encounters and manage patient
information.Prescribe medications in accordance with established

required:Possession of a Bachelor's degree, together with a
certificate from completing an NCCPA accredited physician assistant
programPossession of a license to practice as physician assistant
from the state of CaliforniaPossession of state and federal
Controlled Substance RegistrationMinimum Experience required:1+
year of working experience as a physician assistantKnowledge of
medical procedures and guidelines concerning assessment, treatment,
and recoveryExperience with improvements in innovative medical
technologySkills required:Some clinical experience in ENT is
preferred but not requiredAbility to provide expert clinical
judgment and function independentlyPossession of exceptional
communication and interpersonal skills that enable effective
collaboration with physicians, staff, community health workers,
patients and their familiesAbility to work with little or no
supervision, and to take initiative in handling the
responsibilities of the postAbility to understand complex medical
information and clearly communicate it to patients and their
families, medical staff, and external customers, in written and
spoken formatPossession of conflict resolution and problem-solving
skills to effectively manage conflict in work environmentAbility to
keep all sensitive and confidential information to self and out of
