" Role Context: This role is for a Senior Electrical Engineer, the role will require a candidate who is self-motivated and able to manage less Senior designers. Managing and planning their own workload and others. You'll be:

• Management of production of all necessary Electrical documentation.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Checking and approval of documentation as required
• Attendance at Client meetings and meetings at potential vendor premises
• Effectively manage the EI&C project work scope
• Initiate and maintain EI&C policy document and procedure, templates etc
• Manage the Electrical aspect of complex packages and complete detailed design.
• Medium Voltage Switchgear design experience (Advantageous)
• Low Voltage switchgear experience and approval of vendor schematics
• Completing equipment FAT's You'll have:
  • A degree in Electrical Engineering required (or relevant subject); an advanced or supplementary degree would be an asset; ideally Chartered Engineer status.
  • Knowledge of COMOS packages and 3D Model Execution would be an advantage.
    10 to 15 years relevant experience -
    Previous project execution on Wilton site would be an advantage.
    Knowledge of EPC execution would be an advantage
  • Previous experience on mineral processing plants would be beneficial
  • Applicant must be capable of delivering project scope of work safely, against programme, within budget and to required quality.
  • Team leadership capability, excellent technical skills, commercial awareness are essential.
  • Ability to work to procedures, standards and project systems as required.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills essential.
  • Ability to lead and motivate engineering team to provide both timely and cost-effective solutions.
  • A working knowledge of 3D Modelling, in particular E3D.
  • Knowledge of Amtech and ETAP software packages.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office software is essential.
  • Although the position is primarily based in the Stockton office, mobility & flexibility to travel and work away from the home office base will be required.
