Description:Our Non Foods Distribution Center in Stockton, CA is immediately hiring for an Inventory Control - Cycle Counter. --This person will report directly to the Inventory Control Manager and will work with other inventory control personnel.-- This position will spend the majority of their time on the floor with some office work included.Shift: Sunday - Thursday 6AM - 2:30AM/Hourly and Full TimeJob Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Working with general supervision, provides basic administrative services in support of warehouse inventory audits. 80% of work is on the floor in a warehouse environment, with 20% of work for researching inventory related problems.Candidate is dependable, willing to work overtime, and able to work every SundayMaintains an established schedule of cycle counts to audit inventory records and actual product on hand.--Enters inventory adjustments into the computer-based inventory control system and generates nightly reports.--Performs other administrative or office duties as assigned.--Job Requirements:Interested candidates must be flexible in their work schedules and meet the following requirements:High school education or equivalent work experience.Some recent clerical experience needed.Experience working with computer-based inventory management system would be beneficial.Knowledge of OMI inventory control systemBasic inventory control and/or warehouse operations knowledgeAbility to perform detail work and detect discrepancies on documentsBasic computer data entry skills are required.Must be able to lift 40+ pounds.--Why Work for UNFI?------As one of the largest grocery wholesalers and retailers in the United States, UNFI is dedicated to feeding our communities by providing innovative, customer-centric solutions. Pay Range: $43100.00 - $62400.00 Annually ($20.72 - $30.00 Hourly)
