Job Description:

Pride Staff is seeking an experienced Shipping and Receiving Specialist for the Modesto Area!This position is responsible for duties related to the receiving, sale, delivery of parts and accessories at the parts counter.In addition to providing exemplary customer service within the parts department.This position also backs up all other parts positions including delivery, shipping/receiving and other roles as needed at the location.Responsibilities Include the Following: Providing customer service Receiving and putting in place inventory, store parts, equipment and material into the department Monitoring and following up on parts shortage and expedite ordering as required by the Parts Supervisor May supply service technicians with parts as required May assist in transporting parts, small equipment and related supplies to other locations/customers Responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory and cycle counts of all parts at the location Maintain records of pickup, deliveries and obtains necessary signatures and receipts Assists in maintaining all departmental tools and equipment Utilizes the surplus return program in line with owner group policy Coordinate the perpetual or annual physical inventory of all parts and related inventories Rotating work schedules including Saturdays Maintain a clean and orderly work area and showroom Follow all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments Assist with merchandising displays Promote and sell products and services to customers Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Skills: Recent/Relevant work experience within the last year Minimum of high school diploma Working knowledge of parts, machinery and basic understanding of inventory management principles Data entry/Key boarding and ability to use standard desktop applications such as MW Ability to work in a team environment Ability to write and speak effectively Ability to lift items weighing upwards to 50 lbs Hold a valid DL and clean driving record Forklift license preferred Must show proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. Must submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening Essential Job Functions Include: Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 pounds Repetitive hand use up to 6 hours a day Walking or standing up to 6 hours in a day Sitting up to 5 hours a day Squatting/kneeling up to 2 hours a day Computer/keyboard work up to 6 hours a day If interested, please call NOW for Immediate Consideration: (209) 577-3663!Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $23.00 Per Hour
