Why we are looking for youWe're looking for a tenacious, resourceful, and efficiency-focused Logistics Associate to join our growing logistics team! If you seek balance between using technology and a physical working environment and have a passion for learning new tools and technologies, we want to hear from you.As part of our team, you'll be contributing to stock and inventory maintenance, outbound shipping, inbound returns, and troubleshooting hardware issues experienced by our customers. Your day to day can look different based on the needs of the operation. Some days you will be digging into customer-reported hardware issues, setting up inventory to align with sales projections, and/or processing outbound/inbound shipments to/from customers. You don't need a background in logistics, but you do need a continuous improvement-oriented mindset, a bias for action, and a hunger to grow your skills.This is an onsite role, 5 days a week at our logistics warehouse facility in South San Francisco. What You'll Do

  • Prepare and ship outbound shipments to our customers.
  • Receive and restock used/returned and brand new hardware.
  • Stock inventory to assist in outbound shipment processes.
  • Use tools like Salesforce, MDM software, and android platforms to conduct logistics operations and mitigate hardware issues.
  • Setup customer hardware.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, and Launch teams to to diagnose and coordinate shipments.
  • Become a subject matter expert in hardware issues, helping avoid poor customer experiences.
  • Document findings and create knowledge base articles to empower both internal teams and customers. What We're Looking For
    • 1+ year in warehouse industry (ideally using WMS systems).
    • Able to lift 50 lbs unassisted.
    • Quick learner who is excited to gain expertise in tools like Salesforce, Android platforms, and MDM tools.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills-you can explain issues clearly to both internal teams and customers and will learn to write out problems/process changes.
    • Strong curiosity and bias for action-you're the kind of person who enjoys process improvement and operational efficiency.
    • Familiarity with communicating across teams (using slack or a similar tool).
    • Ability to balance time spent on collaborative and independent work in a fast-moving warehouse environment.--- Bonus Points If You Have:
      • Experience working with hardware and troubleshooting.
      • Familiarity with logistics continuous improvement methodologies (like Kaizen, lean, or six sigma).
      • Interest in fast paced startups. Pay and benefits
        • The starting base salary for this role is $75,000.
