Position Information Venable LLP's Technology & Innovation
Group's Venable Blue team seeks a Senior Analyst, Trust & Safety to
join the Washington, D.C. or New York office. This is a
non-attorney position.
The Senior Analyst, Trust & Safety will be responsible for content
moderation and abuse reporting, identifying product risks, and
policy development and analysis. The Senior Analyst will serve as
an important line of defense to help improve the quality and safety
of online content, research and define product risks, and
accordingly develop appropriate safety policies, guidelines, and
strategies. To do so, the Senior Analyst, Trust & Safety will
partner with cross-functional client stakeholders across product,
engineering, research, and legal teams to innovate and define Trust
& Safety approaches based on leading industry practices and latest
market trends. The work of the Senior Analyst, Trust & Safety will
be fast-paced, dynamic, proactive, and impactful. The person in
this role will deliver value to our clients, while making a larger
impact on society.

The salary range for Senior Analyst positions is $110,000 -
$140,000 per year. This is the minimum and maximum salary that
Venable in good faith believes at the time of this posting that it
is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation
will be determined based on individual candidate qualifications and
location.
